About the Role

Beveridge Williams & Co is a leading land development consultancy with a reputation for quality and expertise in civil engineering, traffic & transport engineering, surveying, town planning, urban design, water resource engineering, environmental engineering, and landscape architecture.

We are seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team in Oran Park, Sydney CBD, or Central Coast offices. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for shaping the master planning and detailed design of land development and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a team of engineers, designers, and draftspersons to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Produce and review technical documentation, including models, calculations, drawings, and reports.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, councils, and service authorities, to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of specialist consultants to achieve the best outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior staff to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
  • Engineering registration and a minimum of DAS accreditation.
  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in a land development or engineering design consultancy environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of local design standards and water authority codes.
  • Comprehensive 12d design skills and a working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Practical knowledge of project management and construction is highly desirable.
