Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team and ensure the effective management of our Aspire OSHC Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and secure environment, delivering a structured and well-balanced program, and providing optimal care to children at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children and families
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with staff to provide opportunities for further training and development
Requirements
  • Paid Working with Children Check
  • Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012)
  • Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk (CHCPRT025)
  • Experience in a similar role as a Responsible Person, Team Leader, Director, and/or Senior Educator
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Work Arrangements

This is a part-time, permanent position with a competitive hourly rate of $38.00. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons and mornings.

Work Location

This role is based in Australia and requires the successful candidate to work in person.
