Role Overview

Job Description

The Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of Educators and supporting their professional development
  • Developing and implementing a child-centered program that meets the needs of children aged 5-12 years
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the service, including compliance and administration
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care)
  • At least 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with children and families
