We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate and deliver exceptional business processes and services for independent medical assessments and advice.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to scheduling requirements and prepare all necessary documents in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with clients to plan and implement agreed services, adhering to consultant scheduling, client service agreements, and established protocols.
  • Coordinate activities associated with claimant files, legal briefs, business records, and other information.
  • Prepare comprehensive claimant medical files to ensure scheduled appointments can be completed effectively by the consultant practitioner.
  • Ensure efficient archiving of documents and old claimant medical files.
  • Provide administrative support to the consultant practitioner to deliver their services.
  • Offer expert information and advice to clients or prospective clients to develop an effective client relationship.
  • Utilize client portals and platforms competently.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with medical consultants, external clients, and internal staff to deliver excellence in quality and service.

This role requires a Records Officer with experience in file management and coordinating client-focused business processes. The ideal candidate will work independently and within a group environment, providing excellent client service and managing multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in case management practices, commercial awareness, and strong time management skills. They will be positive, enthusiastic, considerate, and helpful, with a personal approach that values diversity and inclusion.
