About the Role

As a Customer Sales Consultant at James Frizelle`s Automotive Group, you will be responsible for handling all online and phone sales inquiries. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service while understanding their needs.

The role involves actioning inbound internet and phone leads within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Action inbound internet and phone leads within a specified time frame.
  • Act as the first point of contact with customers, providing excellent customer service and understanding their requirements.
  • Frequent communication and follow-up with customers as necessary.
  • Utilize CRM systems to enter customer information and forward enquiries to relevant sales departments.
  • Maintain relationships with various departments across multiple franchises, locations, and business areas.

  • Experience handling high volumes of customer inquiries and targets.
