Key Responsibilities

As a high-performing Employment Lawyer, you will work closely with partners to advise clients on a diverse range of matters, including:

  • Employment litigation in courts and tribunals
  • Workplace investigations and whistleblower disclosures
  • Employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions
  • Contracts, policies, and industrial relations matters
  • Workplace change, performance management, and terminations
  • Workplace health and safety investigations and prosecutions

Opportunities exist to work on high-profile and technically challenging transactions and matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:

  • 2-4 years post qualified experience in employment / workplace law
  • Strong drafting and advice writing skills
  • Superior analytical and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clients
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
