About Our Restructuring Team We are seeking an experienced Australian qualified lawyer with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience to join our restructuring team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-senior level lawyer looking to work on high-profile restructuring matters and develop their skills in this area.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of complex domestic and cross-border restructuring cases, including liability management exercises, out-of-court and in-court restructurings, new money capital raises, exchange offers and debt exchanges. You will also have the chance to work with other departments in an interdisciplinary way, both locally and globally. Our team draws on the firm's unmatched strength in litigation, financial regulation, tax, corporate and M&A, employment, and pensions to deliver end-to-end solutions anywhere in the world.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should have:
• 3 - 5 years PQE as an Associate/Lawyer
• Training from a top-tier law firm with previous restructuring & bankruptcy experience
• Outstanding academic credentials
• High-level drafting and analytic skills
• Resilient self-starter with the intellectual curiosity and versatility to continuously acquire, build upon, and share knowledge
• Highly motivated team player with excellent organisational skills
• Clear and concise communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and a good eye for detail
• Entrepreneurial drive and strong commercial acumen
• A person of sound judgment and core values, able to establish a high level of credibility
