Job Description
As an Early Childhood Education Specialist at Goodstart Nambour Doolan Street, you will play a vital role in crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.

About the Role
* Develop and implement high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our children
* Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to achieve program goals
* Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes children's physical, social, and emotional well-being
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to support a positive and supportive team culture

Requirements
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
