Job Title: Civil Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The Civil Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Supervising daily engineering works and operations to ensure completion of projects within timeframes and budget.
  • Providing leadership and expertise for civil infrastructure construction projects, with a particular focus on stormwater and road works.
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of project progress and performance.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in civil engineering, preferably with a degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supervising engineering works and operations, including stormwater and road works.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • A current driver's license and White Card.
