Job Title:

Project Engineering Lead

About the Role:

We seek an experienced professional to lead our projects team.

  • This is a key leadership position responsible for a portfolio of civil and road-related upgrade and maintenance projects.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a project engineering team providing specialist civil engineering technical advice and consulting services to clients.
  • Deliver projects that meet and exceed client expectations by identifying necessary technical and engineering resources and allocating them effectively.
  • Lead and manage stakeholder engagement, preparing accurate project reports and updates.
  • Manage contractors and subcontractors in accordance with contractual documentation.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project or Civil Engineer in a related industry.
  • A member of Engineers Australia.
