Civil Engineering Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions for renewable energy projects. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from concept design to delivery.

Your primary focus will be on providing technical leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring that all outputs meet client expectations and timelines. You will also be expected to champion innovation and digital solutions to enhance project outcomes and client value.

  • Manage multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver concept designs, detailed designs, and assessments across renewables infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and implement high-quality and timely technical outputs that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or an appropriate equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with project management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
