Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Data Insights & Reporting Dashboards: Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights to improve sales and operational performance.
- Lead Flow Execution & Tooling: Own and maintain the lead routing and intake infrastructure, ensuring accurate, timely delivery to the appropriate teams.
- Process & Efficiency Improvements: Partner with GTM teams to uncover workflow inefficiencies and implement data-informed process updates.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2–4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM systems admin within a SaaS or high-growth business.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and understanding of lead and opportunity workflows.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
