Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our design team to develop innovative design solutions and coordinate projects through the construction documentation phase.
  • Translate design sketches and documents into realized 2D/3D models and images.
  • Research artistic and technical issues when necessary.
  • Leverage existing connections and engage new contacts to grow business opportunities.

What You Will Achieve

  • Manage multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination effectively.
  • Coordinate full documentation with consultants (structural, MEP, lighting, AV, acoustical, accessibility, building envelope, life safety, etc.).
  • Explore opportunities to win new business from existing clients and new clients.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to drive business development strategy.
  • Manage communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
  • Resolve complex technical and design issues with the team to produce innovative, technical, constructible solutions.
  • Manage client expectations, team communication, and oversight of consultant coordination.
  • Actively lead teams for successful delivery of projects.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of related project experience, Data Centre projects preferred but other Critical Facilities may be considered.
  • Ability and willingness to win new business through business development activities.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office experience desired.
