Visionary Space Designer

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for commercial and healthcare environments.
Your primary goal will be to collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders from concept to completion. This will involve leading design development and documentation for a wide range of projects, including commercial and healthcare fitouts.
You will be expected to produce high-quality drawings, 3D models, and presentations using ArchiCAD and Adobe Suite. Additionally, you will assist in managing project timelines and deliverables, staying informed on industry trends, building codes, and materials.
Requirements- 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design or interior architecture.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating commercial and/or healthcare design experience.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of BCA, NCC, and local authority compliance.
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail and materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
