Design Visionary Needed

We're transforming education by revolutionizing the way students learn and teachers teach. Our platform combines cutting-edge technology with a creative, human-first approach to turn complex ideas into simple, engaging experiences for learners worldwide.

The Opportunity

This is an individual contributor position where you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the business to drive high-quality, user-centred design through wireframes, prototypes, and visual design.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive design quality, mentor other designers, and help set the direction of our product strategy.
  • Help shape the product vision and design strategy to align with user needs and business goals.
  • Lead design projects across multiple squads from research and discovery through to polished UI.
  • Guide research efforts to uncover user insights that inform product direction.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to prioritise and deliver features.
  • Champion consistent, accessible design across all touchpoints, including our design system.
  • Mentor and support other product designers, creating space for growth, feedback, and collaboration.
Requirements

We need someone with deep experience designing intuitive products with real impact, ideally in education or SaaS. A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to connect user needs with strategic design is essential. Excellent craft, communication skills, and a proactive approach are also must-haves.
