Aged Care Admissions Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and client-focused individual to join our Client Relationship Team as an Aged Care Admissions Professional.

  • As part of our team, you will guide prospective residents and their families through the admissions process for our residential aged care services, providing clear and empathetic advice.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our CRM system to support smooth and seamless client management.
  • Collaboration with internal teams, external organisations, and healthcare professionals is essential to ensure successful care transitions.
  • You will represent our organisation professionally at events, meetings, and forums, promoting our aged care services.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to enquiries via phone, email, or meetings is crucial to ensuring a positive client experience.
  • You will identify and implement improvements to admissions processes, client experience, and team workflows with ongoing monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in aged care or health.
  • A strong understanding of the Australian aged care system and upcoming reforms is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple enquiries and liaising with diverse stakeholders is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to translate complex information into clear guidance.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
  • A high level of interpersonal skills, empathy, and emotional resilience is necessary.
  • You must be proactive, professional, and client-focused.
