Physiotherapist Position

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our residential aged care team in Lake Cathie, near Port Macquarie.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and develop tailored treatment plans under ANACC guidelines.
  • Duties will include conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, developing rehabilitation exercise programs, and implementing falls prevention classes.
  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with allied health professionals and medical practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The Physiotherapist will conduct thorough assessments and implement new aged care funding models.
  • They will also develop and deliver manual handling training competencies and communicate effectively with the team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • AHPRA registration is essential for this position.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Physiotherapy and supporting older adults.
