We are looking for experienced and passionate Care Companions to come and join our wonderful team at Sienna Grange Aged Care in Port Macquarie, NSW.

We currently have both permanent part time and casual roles available.

Your New Role

As a Care Companion you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will enjoy working within our Better Together social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

What does your new role look like?

  • Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
  • Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
  • Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

About You

Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.

Does this sound like you?

  • A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real 'care' to residents
  • Availability to work Morning, Afternoon or Night Shifts over across a seven-day roster
  • Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate 3 or 4 in Disability
  • Medication competent
  • Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
  • Fully vaccinated for Influenza 2025 and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
