Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. This role is critical in delivering top-notch support and training to our customers, empowering them to get the most out of our products.

  • Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide personalized 'Getting Started' training programs for new customers.

  • To offer timely and efficient 'New Customer Care' support via phone, email, and remote assistance to existing customers and associated personnel.

  • Participate in and/or deliver training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations at industry events.

  • To contribute to the development of training materials and support content.

  • Support the creation and delivery of customer support, training, and communication programs, including webinars.

  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

  • Attend global customer support meetings via video conferencing.

  • Report directly to and collaborate with the ANZ Customer Experience team lead.

  • Utilize remote access software for support and training sessions.

  • Stay up-to-date with product updates, application changes, and supporting technologies.

  • Maintain awareness of other value-added products and technical matters related to integration services.
