Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled facilities professional to join our team of dedicated individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of outdoor areas and common spaces, including BBQs and laundry facilities.
  • Operate machinery such as lawn mowers and pressure washers to ensure efficient maintenance.
  • Unload and stock supplies, while also performing basic handyman tasks.
  • Assist with pool maintenance and upkeep where applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a valid WA Manual C Class Drivers License.
  • Possess a Forklift Ticket.
