We are seeking an energetic and experienced in-store baker to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is flexible, happy to work early mornings, and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous hospitality or café experience
  • Availability to work Monday to Thursday from 5am-1pm
  • A passion for baking, food, and artisan bread/pastry/coffee
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, with a focus on safety and presentation
  • Experience in working as part of a team and contributing to a positive and friendly community environment

As an in-store baker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Preparing fresh baked goods daily
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
