Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake high-quality bread and pastries

  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of advanced baking techniques and ingredients

Requirements:

  • Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia
