Our organization is seeking an experienced clinician to fill a key leadership role.

In this position, you will provide guidance and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners, helping them deliver high-quality services that meet our standards.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team approach, working closely with Business Partners and Head of Operations to ensure consistency in practice and clear communication of priorities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with clients across various settings, as well as strong operational skills and excellent communication skills.

We offer a hybrid working model, combining the convenience of working from home with the social interaction of working in the community. Our package includes a generous base salary, car allowance, laptop, phone, CPD, bonuses, and a Reward and Recognition Program.

Qualifications

  • Current suitability at the Proficient or Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner is essential
  • Considerable experience providing support to people with behaviours of concern (professionally and/or personally) is essential
  • Substantial experience in the provision of positive behaviour supports
  • Ability to demonstrate up-to-date evidence-based clinical skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to continuing professional development
