Leading Clinical Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Leader to join our team at Bethanie Subiaco Aged Care Home.
The successful candidate will lead and develop the clinical team, ensuring efficient use of organisational resources and delivering high-quality care that meets residents' expectations.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision for the clinical team to ensure care meets residents' expectations
- Ensure delivery of high-quality clinical care that is customer-focused and in accordance with standards and legislation
- Assess competency of all clinical employees and allocate training or mentoring where necessary
- Maintain effective referral system to senior nursing staff, medical staff, and allied health staff
- You must be currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
- A postgraduate qualification to the level of postgraduate diploma or above is also required
- You should be able to work independently and professionally
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to confidently use clinical information systems
This role is offered on a permanent part-time basis, working 52.5 hours per fortnight.
