Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Leader to join our team at a 110-bed facility in Salter Point. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide expert clinical care, leadership, and mentorship to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership in all aspects of clinical care
  • Coordinate the effective assessment, planning, and delivery of high-quality services
  • Supervise and work collaboratively with the residential care team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
  • Act as a trusted advisor and educator, promoting best practices and evidence-based care
  • Oversee infection control protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, demonstrating expertise in clinical knowledge and decision-making
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate clinical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Strong customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to person-centred care and exceptional service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective collaboration and relationship-building
  • A deep understanding of care assessment and delivery in aged and health care settings, with a focus on resident-centered care
