The RoleWe seek an experienced Client Services Team Leader to contribute to the continuous improvement and efficiency of client reception and facilitate client access to our services through quality customer service.
You will lead a team of Client Services Officers to support Oral and Allied Health and/or Medical services across the organisation.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality service delivery of the Client Services program across multiple sites as required.
- Drive continuous improvement of and evaluate the Client Services staff's customer service provision in line with our Quality Framework, policy & procedures, and associated accreditation standards.
- Lead the Client Services teams through coaching, timely feedback, training, and guidance.
