Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day delivery of our Client Services program across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement, evaluating customer service provision, and providing leadership to teams through training, coaching, and feedback.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of excellent service across our Medical, Mental, Oral & Allied Health services
  • Drive continuous improvement of customer service provision in line with quality standards and accreditation requirements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to teams through various means, including on-the-job training, coaching, and timely feedback

You will be responsible for contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiency of client reception and facilitating client access to cohealth services through quality customer service.
