Job Opportunity:

About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming interactions with clients, carers, and external parties, ensuring effective and professional communication.
  2. Administrative Support: Assist the HR department with recruitment, including scanning, filing, and emailing documents, as well as perform additional administrative duties as directed by management.
  3. Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with individuals and organizations outside the company, leveraging persuasive communication skills to identify and nurture sales opportunities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Educated to diploma level or higher in administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the aged care or disability sector.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in standard software programs.
