We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced full time Office Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of our office located in Kalgoorlie, WA 6430. Ideal candidate will be offered an annual salary between $74000-$85000, depending on the experience.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and overseeing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Managing office systems, including recordkeeping, filing, and general correspondence.
  • Supervising and supporting administrative staff, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
  • Managing accounts, payroll, and invoicing processes in coordination with external accountants.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and office supplies, placing orders as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory and workplace standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office software or accounting tools.
