Site Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Administrator to support the smooth operation of our site.

This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality administrative and general office services across the KCGM Operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional administrative and general office services.
  • Support site operations by providing effective administrative assistance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintain and uphold the STARR Core Values of Safety, Teamwork, Accountability, Respect, and Results.
Key Requirements:
  • Two years of administration experience in an office environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
  • Demonstrated organisational and planning abilities.
  • Able to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current Unencumbered Western Australian C Class Drivers Licence.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Tertiary education in Business Administration or related field.
  • INX and Pronto system experience advantageous.
