The Role

- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace injuries and insurance claims.
- Engage with witnesses, take statements, and gather relevant information.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive reports within a timely framework.

About You

- Hold a Certificate III in Investigations or equivalent qualifications.
- Possess a current Investigators Licence and a valid driver's licence.
- Experience in conducting Workers Compensation and General Insurance investigations is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail, along with effective communication abilities, are necessary for success.
