Insurance Claim Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claim Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Claim Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills and experience to make a real impact.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial property insurance claims and be able to conduct thorough assessments through on-site visits and using established processes, systems, and technologies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of commercial property insurance claims to determine the cause and extent of loss.
- Manage a portfolio of claims from initial advice to settlement, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Determine if the loss falls within the insurance policy's terms and conditions.
- Deliver loss-adjusting services that meet or exceed client service standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of commercial property insurance claims.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to engage with various stakeholders and provide excellent customer service.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills.
