Job Title

We seek a skilled and innovative Social Media Specialist to lead the development, execution, and optimisation of our social media presence.

  • This role will create and coordinate paid content aligned with our content plan, ensuring accuracy, visual appeal, and brand alignment.
  • Monitor paid ad performance, attend weekly meetings and contribute to planning with insights from paid and organic content.
  • Craft tailored copy and original content for diverse audiences and platforms, aligned with our content calendar.
  • Help manage organic content scheduling and publishing, curate user-generated content, and engage followers to grow our social media community.
  • Maintain an accurate content calendar, collaborate with other teams, and support crisis communications when required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and brief assets for paid campaigns, execute and optimise ads across multiple platforms.
  • Develop strong relationships with agency partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and platforms to drive innovation and adopt best practices in social media.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Measure and evaluate campaign success, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on expertise with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, and YouTube ad platforms.
  • Proven experience creating paid (and organic) social content for consumer brands.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and multimedia content creation skills.
  • Sharp eye for creative quality, refining visuals and copy based on performance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
