Job Title: Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled Content Creator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating engaging digital content.

About the Role:

  • To support our organisation by converting technical documents into web pages and other interactive digital content.
  • To produce high-quality digital content in line with established development processes from specification documents.
  • To maintain and develop content in SharePoint that supports staff to effectively interact with business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop content in SharePoint.
  • Assist in content publication, including creating, editing, reviewing, and archiving digital content.
  • Develop site maps and site page templates.
  • Contribute to documenting team processes.
  • Manage cross-functional workflows and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Work independently within an environment of change and ambiguity.

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical information to produce engaging digital content.
  • Ability to estimate time to complete technical requirements and report effectively.
  • Effective communication skills, including ability to build productive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills in SharePoint, Visio, and DevOps.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint site administration.
  • Project Management skills and DevOps/Agile methodologies.
