We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Relationship Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our frontline property relationship managers and their customer portfolio.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, building strong relationships, and providing relevant solutions across all commercial banking product suites.

Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive tailored support and guidance throughout their business journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the national senior property relationship manager team and their customer portfolio.
  • Deepen existing customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Onboard new customers, obtain necessary information, and complete application forms.
  • Build strong relationships with customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
Requirements:
  • A degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field.
  • Ideal experience in business/commercial lending and credit risk principles.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
  • Knowledge of economic conditions and market influences, including business banking products.
