Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to mentor and support our front-line team in the safe and efficient delivery of planned operational performance.

This position provides an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to guide and empower their teams, focusing on continuous improvement and development approaches. The role involves leading frontline teams to achieve and surpass ambitious goals in quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and enable teams in delivering safely by ensuring plans are well designed and resourced, and people are well informed by risk.
  • Guide and empower frontline teams to focus on a continuous improvement approach of executing work safely.
  • Lead frontline teams to achieve and surpass ambitious goals in terms of quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a team and fostering a positive atmosphere in the workplace.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Frontline Management would be well received.
  • Trade or engineering qualification.
  • Well-developed interactive and engagement skills, including demonstrated leadership techniques and proven routines that foster an interactive and inclusive work environment.
