Job Description

As a Maintenance Leadership professional, you will provide direct leadership to Supervisors, Engineers, and Technical Specialists. Your primary objective is to oversee compliance with maintenance standards, procedures, systems, processes, work instructions, and defined mastery verification processes to achieve optimal performance outcomes.

This role is DIDO or FIFO from Brisbane, requiring strong engagement, influencing, and collaboration skills to achieve high-level outcomes with your team.

  • Be a motivated, engaged, and supportive people leader.
  • Create a culture of care by being a visible safety leader, engaging, developing, and coaching your team.
  • Provide input into planning processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Have ownership of improvement projects.
  • Utilize your strong communication and collaboration skills and ability to work across various stakeholders.
  • Possess maintenance experience within a leadership role.
  • Tertiary qualifications are desirable but not essential.
