We are seeking an experienced Lead Care Manager to deliver exceptional care services.
This role involves ensuring consistently high-quality care is provided to residents, promoting their continued enjoyment of life within their level of capability.
About You- You must have Current Nursing Registration with the relevant authority.
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards and auditing processes.
- Solid leadership skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and personalised care to all residents.
- Knowledge of the aged care sector and standards.
- Sound understanding of processes needed to respond to clinical and quality audits using the principles of continuous improvement.
- Developing, monitoring and implementing nurse care plans + assessing, planning and evaluating existing care plans.
- Performing comprehensive assessments and investigating issues and incidents.
- Participating in and ensuring all compliance is adhered to in accordance with aged care standards and policies.
- Actively supervising, training, and mentoring all Registered Nurses and Personal Care Workers.
