We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our Major Projects and Construction team located in Melbourne on a full-time basis.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious lawyer to contribute to one of the largest dedicated project practices in the Asia Pacific region.

  • As a key member of our back-end team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and contribute to a market recognised, high performing practice.
  • You will be responsible for working on some of the biggest and most sophisticated infrastructure projects in the country.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing outstanding service with attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  2. Contributing to complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
  3. Working closely with the front-end of the practice to support clients on project delivery and contract management issues.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of post-qualification experience with strong contract interpretation and dispute resolution experience.
  • A drive to provide exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Ambition and a proactive approach to work, with resilience and self-motivation.
  • The ability to interact confidently with clients and build meaningful relationships.
