Job Title:
Senior Infrastructure Projects Lawyer
We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project-related matters, including procurement, facilities management, maintenance, services contracts, and asset disposal.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on a wide variety of matters with a focus on procurement, facilities management, maintenance, services contracts, construction, asset disposal, and disaster recovery projects;
Gain exposure to workplace and health safety law;
Interact confidently with clients and work in a team environment;
Draft and review a broad range of project, tender, and contract documentation;
Provide outstanding service to clients;
Collaborate with partners and other team members to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
Technical legal experience in construction and/or goods and services procurements;
Knowledge of government procurement policies;
Experience in drafting and reviewing project and contract documentation;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities;
Resilience, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
