We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Clinical Skills: Administer medications, perform procedures, monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition, applying your clinical knowledge and expertise.
- Communication: Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, patients and families to ensure safe and effective care, maintaining open lines of communication.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of patient assessments, treatments and outcomes, adhering to professional standards.
- Education & Advocacy: Educate patients and families about health, treatment, and prevention, advocating for patients' rights and interests.
- AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting, showcasing your skills and adaptability.
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organized manner during periods of high demand and activity, meeting deadlines and targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills, providing exceptional patient care and support.
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organization, aligning with our values and mission.
