About the Role
  • Delivering direct clinical healthcare services to residents in accordance with best practice procedures

  • Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures

To be successful in this role you'll need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to older adults
  • Current registration as a Healthcare Professional with relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor of Nursing or similar
  • Thorough understanding of legislation and quality standards related to aged care
  • Demonstrated understanding of assessment processes and age-related health issues
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process
  • Strong coaching/training skills and effective conflict resolution skills
  • Effective communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
