As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team.
This position requires exceptional nursing skills and the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical examinations and psychological evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current health status, and social context.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, promoting empowerment and self-management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care, facilitating communication and ensuring seamless transitions between settings.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices, evidence-based guidelines, and emerging trends in nursing, incorporating this knowledge into clinical practice.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a valid license to practice.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to changing circumstances.
