- Liaise with clients, carers, and healthcare professionals to maintain open communication and promote holistic health and wellbeing.">
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client information, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly;
">Current AHPRA registration;
">A minimum of 3 years post-graduate nursing experience;
">Experience in clinical assessments;
">Strong initiative and ability to work independently;
">Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products.
