We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale programs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration. They will also have expertise in planning, monitoring, and controlling projects and programs using industry-standard methodologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing detailed program plans, setting clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. You will also ensure quality control and adherence to defined processes and standards across all aspects of the program delivery.

Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to monitor project budgets and financials, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and costs. You will also cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, becoming the trusted advisor for program success and ongoing account growth.

Furthermore, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and facilitating successful program outcomes. You will foster collaborative relationships with internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure alignment on program goals and timelines.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management, with a strong focus on account delivery management and relationship development.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale programs across multiple disciplines and stakeholders, delivering results within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Strong background in pre-sales and contracting, with a demonstrated ability to develop proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Expertise in planning, monitoring, and controlling projects and programs, using industry-standard project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing client relationships and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage executive-level relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management software and financial management tools.
  • Relevant certifications including PMP (Project Management Professional), and Agile/Scrum are required.
