Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic direction and operational excellence across multiple services.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams delivering services across multiple regions.
- Mentor senior leaders and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Build strong relationships with government, community organisations, and advocacy groups.
- Represent the organisation at sector forums and act as a key spokesperson for community support initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing budgets, funding applications, and financial reporting. They will be able to drive innovation and improvement across multiple services, while ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.
