Site Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee construction activities and contractors on-site with an uncompromising focus on quality and safety.

This is a diverse range of construction, fit out & refurb projects that will require managing a team of tradesmen & subcontractors.

You will enjoy a high level of interaction with clients and acting as a brand ambassador. Your strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and related key stakeholders will be essential in delivering complex live-environment projects.

About You:

  • A minimum 5 years in construction as a Site Manager with experience in live environment works.
  • Commercial fit-out/refurb/new build experience with retail background a bonus.
  • Trade or tertiary qualifications in construction (Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree)
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering complex, live-environment projects
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in delivery
  • Proficient in IT/tech/apps (e.g. Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, Procore)
  • Australian resident qualified to work in Australia
