Construction Site Lead

This is a full-time on-site role for a construction site lead located in the Greater Sydney Area.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Management of site staff, coordination with subcontractors, and monitoring project progress.
- Maintenance of schedules, troubleshooting of issues, and adherence to construction best practices.
- Experience in supervising construction sites and managing staff and subcontractors.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
