Main Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with banks and investors
  2. Pursue financing opportunities and participate in mergers and acquisitions (due diligence and integration)
  3. Provide strategic financial guidance to support decision-making with financial insights
Requirements:
  1. Experience in an inventory-based industry
  2. CFO of a small-to-medium-sized enterprise or Head of Finance/Divisional CFO experience in a large corporate environment
  3. A broad range of experience, including financial control, commercial finance, and corporate finance

The successful candidate will manage cash flow, develop and implement financial strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
