Property Management Role

We're seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take ownership of their own portfolio, working closely with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth property management processes.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing landlord and tenant communication, including emails, maintenance requests, and inspections
  • Liaising with owners and trades to ensure seamless property management processes
  • Conducting entry and exit inspections, reviewing inspection reports, and completing end-of-tenancy processes
